IPAC's Founder, Rahsona Elder was named a Drum Major semi-finalist for youth impact during the NJ MLK Commission Commemorative Event.
IPAC held its annual Essay/Art Contest. Kudos to Academy of Performing Arts & Public School #10 for exceptional student participation.
The Charity Advantage served as a host for the second year and we extend a special thank you to their staff and web team.
TIP (The Imani Project) was awarded a second grant to continue parent workshops to parents in collaboration with OIC. This is the second year IPAC has expanded its service to role playing workshops for parents.
IPAC extends it's heartfelt gratitude to the Turrell Fund, Dare to Dream, Charity Advantage, DLM Imaging, and OIC for believing in the vision of this program.
The Paterson Public Schools and IPAC's Community Outreach Prevention and Intervention Initiatives produced and performed a showcase Paterson's public school's # 4 & 13 during its first annual Black History Program. Students performed social arts monologues on role models and images.
The Chauncey Brown Memorial Scholarship Fund paid tribute to to IPAC's Founder, Rahsona Elder with its Duke Ellington Excellence in the Arts Award for her training of young artisans of tomorrow. Mrs. Elder was also recognized by the Greater Paterson OIC Breakfast of Champions "Champion of Youth" Award.
